Refund policy
Last updated: 1 November 2026
Delivered credit is not refundable. It lands on your GSMGPT account immediately and cannot be taken back. That is the nature of a digital good, not a strict policy on our side.
When you get your money back
| Situation | What happens |
|---|---|
| Paid, delivery definitively failed | the full amount returns to your store credit automatically and a ticket is opened |
| Paid, delivery outcome unknown | the order is held for manual review; if it was not delivered, the amount is returned |
| Payment failed or was abandoned | no order is created; anything the bank is holding is released under its own rules, usually within 72 hours |
Store credit
Refunds go to your store credit so you can order again immediately: it is spent automatically at your next checkout and the bank is asked only for the remainder. If you want the money back in your bank account instead, open a ticket — support does that by hand.
Credit you charged yourself is not refundable. If you topped your own balance up, that amount can only be used to buy credits on this site and does not go back to a bank account. Only an amount that came from a refunded order can be returned on a ticket.
Wrong email
If you entered the wrong address, the credit landed on that account. The delivery succeeded as far as the system is concerned, so the amount is not returned. Read the address once more before paying.
How to ask
