Terms of service

By placing an order you accept the following.

1. What we sell

Credit for the GSMGPT service. We resell that credit; the service itself and its quality are the provider's.

2. Account and email

Credit is delivered to the GSMGPT account of the email address you enter at checkout. That address is your responsibility — read it once more before you pay. If it is wrong and the credit lands on another account, we cannot take it back.

3. Price and payment

Prices are in Toman and final. The payable amount is locked when you place the order. It stays valid for the stated window, after which the order is priced again. Payment goes through licensed Iranian gateways, or from your store credit.

4. Delivery

Once payment is confirmed the transfer starts automatically, and you can follow it on the tracking page. A temporary failure is retried by the system.

5. Failed delivery

If the transfer definitively fails, the full amount is returned to your store credit. A support ticket is opened automatically as well. If the outcome is unknown, the order is held for manual review. No retry is made, because an unsure retry could transfer the credit twice.

6. Refunds

Delivered credit is not refundable. See the refund policy.

7. Club credit

Club credit is a gift: it is not transferable, has no cash value, and buys credits on this site only. Its rules live on the club page and may change — credit you already hold is not taken away when they do.

8. Fair use

Multiple accounts for referral rewards, coupon abuse, or any attempt to disrupt the service cancel the rewards and, if repeated, close the account.

9. Changes to this text

This text may be updated; the date of the last change is shown at the top of the page. An order is governed by the text that was in force when it was placed.
